I wanted to follow up my phone call with a few quick thoughts about the level of service I received from your company last week (7/15). My day stared off a bit rocky with a delayed flight from LA but your staff assured me that they would track my flight and be there waiting for me when I arrived. This was completely the case as I received a call on my cell phone after touchdown making sure I had arrived safely and instructing me step by step where to go to find my ride outside. My driver for the day was very friendly and helpful. My day ended to yet another upset in that the airport shut down due to a radar glitch. Your staff left me a message on my cell phone and my chauffeur also met me outside of my restaurant giving me updates from the airport. He was ready to take me where ever I needed him to go whether that was to a local hotel or to the airport. We made a run for the airport and he was great about helping me to come up with back up plans if I did not get out that night. I know these things all seem small but they certainly added up to a feeling of complete support that day. I did not have to worry about a thing while I was on my trip. I will definitely use your company again because of the service I received. Thank you very much.

What a joy it was to have Bond Limo this time! You already know what I think of Mike Porter, but you also sent "Brau" to pick us up on Sunday night - and he's absolutely wonderful too! So now I know who to ask for whenever I travel, even if I have to pay the whole thing myself (although I hope Earl will have some bargains for me when I do travel!).
